Precautions for the use of mobile gas stations

With the diversification of energy demand, mobile gas stations are widely used in remote areas, temporary construction sites and emergency fuel supply scenarios due to their flexibility and convenience. However, their special use environment also requires operators to strictly abide by safety regulations to ensure efficient and safe completion of fuel supply tasks.

Mobile gas stations should be away from fire sources, residential areas and traffic arteries, and choose areas with flat terrain and good ventilation. The ground should be flat and solid to avoid sliding of oil tanks or oil leakage due to tilting. At the same time, obvious warning signs should be set up, and fire prevention and anti-static facilities such as fire extinguishers and grounding devices should be equipped.

​​Equipment inspection and maintenance are essential. Before each use, the sealing of oil tanks, oil pipelines, valves and metering equipment should be checked to ensure that there is no risk of leakage. Oil pumps and filters should be cleaned regularly to prevent impurities from clogging and affecting fuel supply efficiency. In addition, the electrical equipment of mobile gas stations must meet explosion-proof standards to avoid safety accidents caused by electric sparks.

​​Operation procedures must be standardized. During the refueling process, smoking, using open flames or mobile phones, and other behaviors that may generate static electricity should be prohibited. Operators need to wear anti-static clothing and ensure that the oil gun is in good contact with the vehicle tank to avoid oil splashing. In case of severe weather, such as strong winds and heavy rains, operations should be suspended to prevent equipment damage or oil pollution.

​​Environmental protection and emergency measures cannot be ignored​​. Mobile gas stations must be equipped with oil recovery devices to prevent leakage from contaminating soil and water sources. Operators should be familiar with emergency plans. In the event of leakage or fire, emergency procedures must be immediately initiated, fire extinguishing equipment must be used, and personnel must be evacuated.

Mobile gas stations provide flexible solutions for energy supply, but safety is always the top priority. Only by strictly following the operating specifications can it be ensured that they can serve various scenarios efficiently and safely.
