The ZR Series Vacuum Furnace

A special heat treatment industrial furnace that heats, insulates, and cools materials in a highly sealed vacuum or inert atmosphere environment.

Equipment purpose It is mainly used for annealing treatment of metal materials (such as stainless steel, alloy steel, copper alloys, titanium alloys, magnetic materials) and some non-met materials under oxygen-free and pollution-free conditions. The main purposes are: to eliminate stress and improve dimensional stability; to soften materials and reduce material hardness, restore plasticity, and improve the performance of subsequent processing; to improve the structure and properties, promote the uniformity of the internal structure of the material, and optimize the mechanical and physical properties; toify the surface to avoid oxidation and decarburization, keep the surface of the material bright and clean, and also can remove the gas dissolved in the material. It is used in precision manufacturing, aerospace, electronic components (such as semiconductor lead frames), medical devices and other fields.
