The core features of the product are: ultra-low temperature safety design: working temperature: -33 ℃ (atmospheric pressure)~50 ℃; Design pressure: 2.16MPa (meeting the maximum working pressure of 1.55MPa); Redundant configuration of dual safety valves (pilot operated+spring operated). Professional anti-corrosion system: Main material: 16MnDR low-temperature pressure vessel steel; Inner wall treatment: spray aluminum anti-corrosion (≥ 150 μ m)+epoxy sealing; Outer wall protection: polyurethane foam insulation (100mm)+color steel plate are widely used in: fertilizer production raw material storage, industrial refrigeration system, chemical production process, flue gas denitrification system (SCR).
